I got this idea through one of my best freind (Thanushka). Full credit goes to him. He created a cool web site and it was nicely done using the resources he can find it around. I thought of adding few more things to this and creat a full list of free services you might required doing a web site. Remeber as you are using these free serices you might have to accept their terms and conditions. If it does not go with your requirments you might have to do google search.
Free Domain Names
http://www.anotherfree.com/ free domains completing surveys. Or you will get free domain names when you purchase hosting packages for one year or so. Other than that it is really hard to find people giving out free domain names.
http://my.dot.tk/ is providing free .tk domain names. It only has the following features.

But it is quite enough to forward it to your free web server. And you can do the same thing with the emails.
